The layout is functional and there is ample storage space. However, the apartment could use some updates and modernization. The kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated and could benefit from some upgrades. Additionally, there were some minor maintenance issues that needed attention during my stay. On the positive side, the apartment was clean and well-maintained overall, and the building itself is secure and quiet. The management was responsive to my requests and inquiries, and the rent was reasonable for the area. Overall, while there were some areas for improvement, I found the apartment to be a decent value and a satisfactory place to live.
